The sales person I worked with, Scott, was very helpful, and took the time to show me how all of the chair's features worked. ChairTech had a wide range of chairs to fit many price ranges and different sizes of humans. All in all, I'm glad I took the time to detour off the highway since I got a great ergonomic office chair at a reasonable price!
